Houston Hospice at the Good Samaritan Awards Dinner

Houston Hospice received three Good Samaritan Foundation Excellence in Nursing Awards today.

Cheryl Holbert, PhD, MSN, RN, AOCN accepted the Bronze Award for Nursing Education: Clinician.

Sarah Booth, RN received the Silver Award for Clinical Practice in a Hospice/Home Health Care/Clinic/Other Setting.

Michele Watson, RN received the Bronze Award for Clinical Practice in a Hospice/Home Health Care/Other Setting.

Houston Hospice has a total of 220 employees, of which 105 are registered nurses. These nurses provide hospice care throughout Harris County and the surrounding counties, including Austin, Brazoria, Colorado, Fort Bend, Jackson, Matagorda, Montgomery, Waller and Wharton.
